RENTAL POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation is not considered confirmed until all required booking information has been received and any required payment has been successfully processed.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Drivers must provide valid identification and a valid driver's license when required. Additional requirements may apply depending on the vehicle and rental arrangement.

RENTAL PERIOD

Customers are responsible for returning vehicles according to the agreed pickup and return dates and times. Additional charges may apply when a vehicle is returned late.

VEHICLE CONDITION

Customers are expected to return vehicles in substantially the same condition in which they were provided, subject to normal wear and tear. Customers may be responsible for damage caused during the rental period.

VEHICLE USE

Vehicles must be operated responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Unauthorized use, illegal activity, racing, or other prohibited use may result in termination of the rental agreement.

DEPOSITS

A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle, customer, rental circumstances, or applicable rental agreement. Deposit amounts and release conditions may vary.

SMOKING AND CLEANING

Additional cleaning charges may apply when a vehicle requires cleaning beyond normal use.

COMMERCIAL OR SPECIALTY VEHICLES

Certain specialty vehicles or transportation services may have additional requirements, restrictions, minimum rental periods, or separate terms. Those requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

POLICY CHANGES

Rental policies may be updated from time to time. The policies applicable to a reservation are those communicated at the time of booking, subject to the applicable rental agreement.
